ZYDECO REVELATORS – delivering their hot Louisiana-style dance music from Metro NY, are stoked to return to the Harmony House … forth time’s a charm. The Z-Revs bring a stomping good time to any party, festival or venue. Their sweet Cajun accordion and electric guitar backed by a powerhouse rhythm section, with that cool metal rubboard vest are sure to make any crowd to get up and dance, dance, dance.
The Zydeco Revelators are fronted by singer-accordionist Phil Passantino of Elizabeth, NJ, who fell in love with Zydeco on a slew of exciting trips to Louisiana. “It’s fun, happy music and makes you want to get up, jump around and dance. The rhythm is infectious!”
The Z-Revs country rockin’ improvised boogie have been inspiring folks to dance since 2014. Reverend Phil, screaming accordion/vocals; Keith Richard Vukan, bass genius/vocals; Lou Selmi, drums/sous chef/vocals; Lawrence Ochs, juicy fiery guitar; Karen Lerman, chief rubboardist. They’ve strutted their stuff throughout the Northeast from the “Accordions Around The World Festival” in Bryant Park NYC and the “Camp Zydecow Fest” in Cherryfield Maine to Bethlehem PA’s Musikfest.
