May 2 (Sat) – 19th Annual Syracuse Crawfish Festival, benefiting Operation Northern Comfort. LOCATION: Clinton square in Syracuse, runs 11am – 7pm.  Cajun Band, Noon to 1:15 – The Confabulateurs: Brandon Moreau on fiddle, Bill Henrie on accordion, Danny Birnbaum on bass, Jimmy Mac on drums and Betsy Fuller on guitar.

• Benefit for Operation Northern Comfort (ONC) Come enjoy an authentic Louisiana Cajun crawfish boil, live music and dance performances, local crafters, food trucks, and our Family Zone for a full day of fun for everyone.  Always such a terrific festival – amazing food (Louisiana crawfish! Gulf shrimp! Clams! Beignets! Food trucks galore! Beer!), music, kids’ activities and more. All day fun for an excellent cause. A fundraiser which helps ONC provide ramps, accessibility projects, and hands on support for neighbors in need across Central New York. ONC is a 100 percent volunteer run organization and also continues to assist with recovery efforts in communities impacted by natural disasters.
